South Strip Las Vegas Hotels:
Ballys is one of the last old-school hotels on the strip and is a bit dated. But it's mid-strip location, next to Paris and across the street from Bellagio, is one of the best in town. Ballys is a large property, with a great indoor mall. The wedding facilities are high quality, and the hotel has a full in-house planning staff.
Bellagio is simply an amazing hotel, with its incredible, romantic fountains and water show to its mosaic floors, beautiful conservatory & botanical gardens and literally acres of pools. The wedding facilities and staff are second to none, making Bellagio one of the top wedding destinations in the world.
Excalibur is a fun, laid back hotel near the south end of the strip. With its medieval theme and jousting tournament shows, Excalibur is fun for guests of all ages. And the medieval themed wedding packages make for a novel and unique wedding.
The Four Seasons Las Vegas is an ultra-luxury hotel located at the southern end of the Las Vegas strip. Occupying the uppermost floors of the Mandalay Bay, the Four Seasons functions as a sort of boutique hotel within a large five star resort. The wedding staff and facilities are impeccable.
The Luxor is perhaps the most unique hotel in Vegas. A huge 30-story pyramid with a vast atrium inside, the Luxor has an Egyptian theme. The wedding chapel is located in the great atrium, making for a dramatic setting. The wedding planning staff is also excellent.
Mandalay Bay is one of the largest and most luxurious hotel casinos in all of Las Vegas. Everything at the Mandalay is top notch, from the staff to the facilities. It's literally a city unto itself, with a mall, arena, and aquarium - you could spend your wedding and honeymoon here and never get bored.
The MGM Grand Hotel, with over 5,000 rooms, is currently the largest hotel in the world. With its famous arena, huge casinos, and fantastic restaurants, it has remained one of the top spots for Las Vegas hotel weddings for over 15 years. The wedding staff is excellent.
The Monte Carlo Hotel is one of Vegas' hidden gems. Situated next to New York, New York, and set back from the street, the Monte Carlo exudes all the class of its namesake city state in Europe. The standard here is understated luxury, and the wedding staff and facilities match those of better known luxury hotels.
New York, New York Hotel and Casino is one of the most fun spots for Las Vegas hotel weddings. A miniature replica of New York City, complete with Statue of Liberty and Coney Island's roller coaster, New York, New York has fine wedding facilities and a quality in-house planning staff.
Paris, Las Vegas might well be the city's most romantic casino. What could beat a wedding atop the Eiffel Tower? The food is fantastic, the staff is wonderful, and the architecture is the best in all of Vegas. This is truly one of the top wedding destinations anywhere.
The Planet Hollywood Hotel, formerly the Aladdin, is completing renovations into on of the hippest hotel casinos in Vegas. Located next to Paris and across from Bellagio, the location is great, and the new facilities are sleek and sheik. It's a great option for people planning cool, fun Las Vegas hotel weddings.
The Tropicana Hotel is a landmark on the south strip. It's starting to show its age, and, in fact, is slated for an expansion and renovation. But until then, it provides an excellent bargain for people planning Las Vegas hotel weddings.
The hotels of the South Strip have a great variety of themes and some truly magnificent facilities.
You can plan everything from an intimate ceremony on a tight budget to a swanky affair for several hundred guests or more - most all requests can be accommodated by the in-house wedding planners.
